FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much is Admission? $10 for ages 8 and over and for everyone 7 and under, admission is FREE 

How much are ride wristbands? They are $33 if purchased before Friday, April 5th. Or $38 after 4/4

Do you have scooters and wagons to rent? Yes!

How much does it cost to watch the Monster Trucks, Sea Lions, and other entertainment on the fairgrounds? All entertainment on the grounds besides the Carnival Rides, Pony Rides, and feeding the Petting Zoo animals – are free with admission! 

What is the cost of parking? Official fair parking on the fairgrounds is $12

Are there any discounts available for tickets? We are free until 3pm on Friday, April 5th, Thursday, April 11th and Friday, April 12th. You can also get in free on Thursday April 11th from 3pm-8pm if you bring 5 non-perishable canned food items.

Can I re-enter the fair if I leave? You can re-enter the fair on the same day, as long as you receive a handstamp on your way out, as a handstamp is required for re-entry.

Can I bring in my own food and drinks? Each person can only bring in ONE UNOPENED bottle of water PER PERSON

Can I bring my pet? No pets are allowed on the fairgrounds. 

What are the must-see attractions this year on the fairgrounds? Some key attractions and entertainment to see:

Exhibit Building (Yellow): Come see crafts, art and quilts that residents of Maricopa County have worked on all year to enter the fair! This building also includes several interactive and hands-on activities to learn about agriculture and safety.

On the Avenue: Sea Lions, Petting Zoo, Pony Rides, Super Hero Bike Show, and tons of food!!

In the Barns: Watch Livestock Shows, visit the animals and view our Agricultural Mechanics contest! 

Arena: FairCross and Monster Truck shows. Showtimes Vary and can be found in the entertainment schedule below!

 Students in grades K-6 can come to the fair and ride 4 rides for FREE on Thursday just for reading books!

Canned Food Drive

Bring 5 cans of food or non perishable food items to our admission gate. You’ll receive FREE admission into the fair! No limit – bring 25 items, 5 people get in FREE! Help out our community and St. Mary’s Food Bank!

THE MARICOPA COUNTY FAIR OFFERS ALL OF THE ENTERTAINMENT FREE WITH FAIR ADMISSION

Three  stages of family fun, excitement, and entertainment!

Roaming around the fairgrounds you’ll be sure to run into some awesome acts!

MAIN STAGE

Enjoy a sampling of the best entertainers from the county. Bands, dance groups…even martial arts groups will fill the stage. 

The Main Stage provides a comfortable break from the sun under a giant tent. Grab something cool to drink or something good to eat, sit back and enjoy.

COUNTY FAIR STAGE

Featuring the musical styling of George Johnson. This stage also hosts the traditional fun of the County Fair Games. Come win a ribbon!! The County Fair Stage sits next to Steve’s Smoking BBQ, featuring the very best Giant Smoked Turkey Legs. Fun and Food! Perfect!

COMMUNITY STAGE

Providing an opportunity for budding artists and enthusiasts to perform, this stage rocks with bands, belly dancers, choirs and more. Come support local talent!
