Small Stock Exhibitors and Parents,
We have all the details for the Virtual Judging we will be conducting, as well as, information regarding the sale of your animal.
Virtual Judging

    • Exhibitors who wish to participate will enter the Virtual Judging by logging onto their Showorks account through the link on our website, starting Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at noon.
    • Exhibitors will enter the animals they wish to show. (Animal must already be entered in the fair.)
    • All Entries must match the information already submitted for your entries in February at deadline.
    • Exhibitor must sign up by 5:00 pm, Friday, May 1, 2020 through the online system.
    • Videos and pictures must be submitted by 5:00 pm, Sunday, May 3, 2020 through the online entry system.
    • All rules and regulations regarding the video must be adhered to. You will be DQ’d if information is missing or part of the video does not contain the correct shots.
    • Sample videos will be available after April 27th.

We will not be holding a sale of small stock animals. Research from the 2019 Maricopa County Fair showed nearly 70% of small stock animals sold were returned to the exhibitor. With that consideration and in these difficult times, we are forgoing an auction.
ALL small stock exhibitors are eligible to receive add-ons. Add-ons will be collected on your behalf either through our digital add on form or the hard copy version which can only be mailed to our office. (No hand deliveries are accepted at this time). We encourage you to solicit add-ons, the same as you would solicit a buyer. Send letters, emails, texts asking your supporters to do an add-on.
You can private treaty sale your animal or keep it for yourself. If you need help finding a buyer for your animal, please contact the fair office at 602-252-0717 ex 404. We may be able to help connect you with someone who would want to purchase your animal for their use.
