Read to Ride
Students in grades k-6 can come to the fair and ride 4 rides for free Thursday April 15, 2010. For details click on the "youth programs" button to the left

School Field Trips
Bring your class or school to the fair for free April 14-16, 2010. for all the details click on "teachers" button to the left.

Free Seniors Day

Seniors 55 and older may visit the fair for free Wednesday April 14, 2010 (does not include parking).
No coupon necessary.

Canned Food Drive
Bring your donation of 3 cans of food to the fair on April 14 or 15 after 3pm and receive half off admission. Two days only! Help someone else...help yourself to savings. Regular fair admission is $8 Kids under 8 FREE. (Does not include parking)

How to Enter:

  • Read and understand the rules by clicking the rules links below.
     
  • Select the department you would like to enter. Select that department link to review the department rules. Then select classes and lots you wish to enter.
     
  • Scroll to the bottom of this page, review and agree to the terms of online entry. Click "I Agree" to reach our online entry program where you can complete your entry and pay any relevant fees. If you would prefer to submit your entry manually you may print, complete and mail your entry by selecting the appropriate entry form below.

Please note the electronic version of the Exhibitor Handbook and online entries are provided as a convenience to our exhibitors. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to be familiar with the rules and dates required for entry. In the event your department is not available online or the online entry system is unavailable you must submit standard forms before the entry deadline. If you are unable to view the information online contact the fair office (602)252-0717 as soon as possible so we can provide the information you require.

Online entries:

We encourage you to complete your entries online. You can do so by clicking the "I Agree" link below after you have read and agree to all rules. The rules may be found by clicking the "Rules" button above.

Before you submit an online entry you must agree to the following:

  • I have read and agree to all rules.

  • I understand that I must send in all required supporting documents, along with my printed entry form, and payment (no payment necessary if paid online).

  • I understand that if I am entering an animal I must sign and submit a release of liability form with my entry ~ check your department above to determine which form to use then click on forms above to download the proper release. 

  • I understand that no entry is valid until received in the Maricopa County Fair office and approved by staff.

  • I understand the there are minimum system requirements for online entries and that this service may not be available to me or the department I wish to enter.
